Senior Haley Harwood tells the Budget what she would do as principal for the day. Have your own ideas? You could be the next one featured in the Budget’s Student Spotlight.

If Harwood were principal, she would:

  • Create a school carnival for the day to raise money for the school.

“It would have a dunk tank to dunk the real principal and lots of cotton candy and snow cones,” Harwood said. “We could also have a moonwalk!’

  • punish students for unecessary PDA.

“Are there even rules about PDA at LHS?” Harwood pondered.

  • would leave the morning announcements to “StudCo”.
  • talk to the students more.

“I feel like there need to be more student-adminstration relations,” Harwood said.
