FYI Talent Show Auditions

The 2009 FYI Talent Show is coming soon.  The organizers want to present a wide range of talents to their audience and are hoping for plenty of variety in the auditions.  The try-outs for the Talent Show will take place in the Choir room after school on Oct. 12 and 13.  Those acts that make it to the Talent Show performance in November have a chance to win prizes. In the past, students have sang, danced, performed skits, demonstrated unique talents and much more.  

Seniors Derrick Weishaar, Evan Georgie, Thomas Wheatley and Calvin Morgan make up the famed “Sweater Vest” group that won at last year’s show. The boys harmony ensemble is auditioning again.  They’re hoping to defend their title at this coming show. 

The FYI Talent Show is open to anyone who wants to audition and has a prepared selection to perform for the judges.
